Courses and live sessions
Each company has its own space, with its logo and its assigned courses. Modules and lessons with video, downloadable material and progress per person.
The platform
Praxis and AI. It is where the training lives, along with what people build and the measurement. It is delivered inside an adoption programme, not sold on its own.
An adoption programme dies the day the workshop ends. The most motivated carries on alone, everyone else goes back to working as before, and sixty days later the gap is wider than at the start.
Meanwhile those who move forward start building on their own: an agent that sorts email, a spreadsheet that fills itself. If it has nowhere to be registered, it hides. That is shadow AI, and banning it makes it invisible.
Praxia exists for both: to sustain the training after the workshop, and to give what people build a place where it stays visible without having to ask permission.

02
Trained on the course and company material. It cites the lesson each answer comes from and, when a question falls outside its scope, says so.
03
What each area builds gets registered, with its author and its scope. IT has access, so two departments stop solving the same thing twice.
04
Active seats, progress per course, where people get stuck, what they ask the tutor and which initiatives made it to production.
The vast majority want to improve their own day to day and not build for others: that path is self-service, with templates and no committee. A minority build something others will use, and there review does apply, because the artefact will have users.
You do not classify the person, nor ask permission to work better. Anything that does not touch critical systems or sensitive data gets registered and stays visible. The committee shows up when the initiative connects to the ERP.
Not to create another queue to wait in. If installing it produces a new approval backlog, it has been implemented wrong.
It is sold inside Adoption and governance, because that is where the budget sits. It operates as the instrument of the governance layer: training, the initiative registry and measurement. It does not mix with ARISE Equipo: Praxia governs what everybody else does, ARISE Equipo produces.
Let us start with the adoption diagnostic: what is used today, by whom and with which data. That is what tells us whether Praxia applies and when.
